I think pancakes can be eaten at any time of day and any day during the week or weekend. These vegan pancakes taste delicious and they have a fluffy texture. All you need to do is set aside about 15 minutes in your day and you can easily have these pancakes in your belly!
Delicious, fluffy vegan pancakes that are quick to make and taste wonderful with some fruit or chocolate chips.
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add in the almond milk and oil. Mix until everything is combined.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil or vegan butter on medium heat.
Scoop the pancake batter onto the frying pan. The recipe makes 3-4 pancakes. Each side of the pancake only takes a few minutes to cook. You'll know when to flip the pancakes when they turn a golden colour.
Once cooked, serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or chocolate chips.
