Vegan Donuts. Yummmmm. These are vegan cinnamon sugar donuts. They look cute and taste amazing. They are fluffy and soft. Basically they just have a great texture you can’t imagine until you make them yourself!
To make these delicious vegan donuts you will need some flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3-4 tbsp applesauce
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- organic cane sugar
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 6-mould donut pan with oil.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, applesauce, oil, vanilla, and lemon juice. Pour this into the dry mixture.
Once everything is combined and mixed well, pour into each donut mould and fill to the top. Place the pan in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
While the donuts are baking in the oven, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Remove the pan from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before removing donuts from the pan.
Once cooled off, one at a time, place each donut in the cinnamon sugar and flip around so that both sides are covered in the cinnamon sugar.
